Shipping
We try and keep shipping as simple as possible here at Threecopse, however as some of our items don’t conform to the norm things can change especially in times of high shipping demand such as Christmas.
We have a number of shipping Rates depending on the items and these are generally set by the shipping agent not us.
Shipping classes
our standard classes are:
- Large Besom Shipping
- Besom Shipping
- charcoal Shipping
- first class recorded
- local collection (now by arangment only due to abuse)
Shipping times
We will always aim to get items shipped in a timly manor, however as a small company there are never enough hours in the day, and we can only be in one place at a time.
For items such as charcoal and besoms we aim to get them shipped withing 48 hours of your order but if this is not possible we will let you know.
Items that are made to order such as cuffs or custom work, expect to wait at up to 2 weeks although we always aim to make and ship faster.
Keeping you informed
We will always aim to keep you informed of progress of your order, custome items can sometimes take longer to make due to the complexity of making.
