Refund and Returns Policy


Although we hope you love your handmade items, we know sometime things just aren’t quite right.

However, there are a few things you should know before you contact us. Because all of our Items are hand made and unique there may be slight differences in the design or tooling, this makes every item unique.

We will only accept returns under the following circumstances

·         Items are damaged on arrival (We ask that you take pictures of the packing)

·         There is a fault in the making process, such as loose rivets or handles

·         We have made a mistake in the making of custom Items such as a miss spelling

Before returning any item, please contact us using your original contact email or our contact page.

Once your item has returned to us, we will look at the problem and repair or replace any Item we deem to be covered by the above.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following are not covered by our refunds or return’s policy

·         Custom items that are not damaged or faulty

Replacement items

We will always aim to remake or repair and item that is covered by the above criteria. This reduces waste


We will only issue a refund if the item is lost in transit.

Once a refund is agreed we will aim to get it to you within 30 days of any agreement. Should you not receive your refund within this time we ask that you contact us again.

Shipping returns

To return your item, you should post your product to: 289 London Rd, Horndean, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO80JE

Because of the high cost of returning some items it is not practical to return them, however if we can collect them, we will for inspection. Smaller items should be returned at your cost and any a receipt kept if we find that the issue is our mistake or that of our shipping agent, we will refund the return cost.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
